Field Service Plumbing Technician – Facilities Management Provider

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently on the lookout for a Field Service Plumbing Technician to perform both scheduled and urgent maintenance across a commercial contract. The role involves working within various locations and requires a solid understanding of Facilities Management, along with a proven history in commercial property maintenance.

This position is perfect for a maintenance Plumber who is currently in a similar role and desires a more localized position. In return, the company offers a competitive salary along with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and maintaining toilets and sinks
  • Clearing blockages in toilets
  • Conducting water hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Inspecting and repairing pipework
  • Performing minor installation tasks
  • Maintaining pumps, expansion vessels, pressure reducing valves, and thermostatic mixing valves
  • Assisting other trades on site as needed
  • Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance

Qualifications:
  • Plumbing certification - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Plumbing certification - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
