Field Service Plumbing Technician – Facilities Management Provider

Are you an experienced plumber seeking a rewarding opportunity?

We are currently on the lookout for a Field Service Plumbing Technician to execute both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks across various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in the maintenance of commercial infrastructures.

This role is particularly suited for a plumbing professional currently engaged in a similar capacity who desires a more localized position. In return, the organization offers a competitive remuneration package along with potential avenues for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and maintaining toilets and sinks
  • Clearing blockages in toilets
  • Conducting water hygiene assessments and maintenance
  • Inspecting and repairing pipework
  • Performing minor installation tasks
  • Maintaining pumps, expansion vessels, pressure reducing valves, and thermostatic mixing valves
  • Assisting other tradespeople on site as needed
  • Handling both planned and reactive maintenance tasks

Qualifications:
  • Plumbing certification - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Plumbing certification - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
