Service Operations Coordinator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 48 hours per week


The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing all service-related functions, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

You will provide support to local site managers, mobile supervisors, drivers, and engineering resources across the organization.


Ensure that all locations, personnel, and vehicles are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and group standards.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees as necessary, ensure annual training sessions are completed as directed, and oversee training in accordance with the Academy protocols and Health & Safety / Human Resources guidelines.

Conduct investigations related to workmanship, quality, accidents, and incidents as required by the organization.

When on-site, focus on "Adding Value"; if you are reducing costs, enhancing efficiencies, or ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, you are contributing positively.

Regular audits must be performed on the Service Management system.

Maintain flexibility while remaining focused; responsibilities for sites and staff may change, and additional tasks within the organization may be assigned at the discretion of your line manager or senior management.

Support the development of relationships and communication with clients, including participation in Joint Management Reviews, Group Health & Safety Audits, and general meetings. Address client concerns and complaints effectively.

Ensure proper scheduling, training, and mentoring of staff to meet the requirements of their employment contracts.

Guarantee compliance with weekly forecasts through supervisors and adjust hours as necessary through the service office prior to any changes.

Ensure that Key Performance Indicator reports generated by the service office are acted upon as needed.
Adhere to company policies and group management systems.

Possession of a full driving license is required.
Flexibility in working hours is essential.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a quick response to unforeseen challenges in the field are necessary.
