Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
- Make timely decisions and take action to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing your clinical skills to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to lead a team of care staff and motivate them to deliver exceptional care.
- Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents at all levels.
- Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation.
- Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment and adapt to changing situations.
