Staffbank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at NHS Lanarkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing programmes of care, as well as implementing and evaluating these programmes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs and develop programmes of care
- Implement and evaluate programmes of care
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Supervise and mentor registered and unregistered staff
- Provide cover for senior charge nurses and team leaders as needed
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently
- Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
- A minimum of 27 days annual leave increasing with length of service
