Registered Nurse Opportunity at Crosslaw House Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Crosslaw House Care Home in Lanark, South Lanarkshire.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
  • Lead and guide the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor resident health and well-being, administering medications as required
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Promote independence and encourage social interaction among residents
  • Act on feedback and prioritize resident health and well-being
  • Champion respect and dignity for all residents
  • Encourage engagement and participation in activities
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment
  • Support nutrition and hydration needs of residents
  • Respond to emergencies and utilize reflective practices to improve care

About You:

  • You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN
  • You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor
  • You are able to connect with people and build strong relationships

We offer a range of benefits, including pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
