Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Role Summary: In the capacity of a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist various stakeholders including centers, employers, learners, and external partners through phone and email communication, ensuring a superior customer experience. These are bilingual positions, requiring proficiency in both spoken and written Welsh and English. This role is full-time, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.

The Customer Service Advisor position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week across five days. You will work shifts between 8 am and 6 pm, primarily Monday to Friday, with the expectation of flexibility to work one weekend day if necessary.
