About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Transformation Support Office team at the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects that will drive forward the delivery of our long-term strategy, 'Delivering Excellence'.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects to ensure successful delivery and maximum impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and project sponsors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex project information to stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Desirable: ability to speak Welsh
