Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the installation of systems in retailers across the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing installations projects for retailers and hospitality environments.
The role will involve managing projects from start to finish, including surveys, scheduling, coordination, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues when delivering installations projects with field-based engineers/installers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects for a number of big brand retail businesses, including supermarkets, hospitality, and high street chains. Projects will involve data cabling/network infrastructure and/or EPOS/IT equipment deployments, ranging from full systems in new store openings to replacements of individual devices.
The role can be performed mostly remotely, with occasional travel to project sites, customer HQs, and the company's office in Cardiff, South Wales. A driving license is essential, and the candidate must live in the UK with full rights to work. A clean basic DBS check is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installations projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with field-based engineers/installers to deliver projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Handle issues and resolve problems as they arise
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, with a focus on installations projects

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
