We are excited to collaborate with a prominent real estate management firm, seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK.


Over the years, our client has evolved from a niche investment entity to a comprehensive, quality-focused real estate management organization, currently overseeing assets valued at over £1 billion.


Operating from contemporary offices with flexible work-from-home options, we are in search of a regional facilities coordinator who is willing to travel to multiple sites throughout the UK.


The property portfolio primarily consists of office spaces, along with some student accommodation.
