Facilities Operations Coordinator
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (9:00am - 17:00pm)
Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee the management of a residential property.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a prominent provider in the residential property sector, responsible for the upkeep of numerous homes across various developments.
With extensive industry experience and a dedicated workforce, the company collaborates with property developers, investors, and management entities.
Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team, necessitating strong delegation and leadership skills.Facilities Management: Oversee hard services management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Contractor Oversight: Manage mechanical and electrical contractors, as well as soft service providers, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.
Reactive Management: Handle the reactive desk, addressing ongoing issues and related claims.
Proven Experience: A solid background in managing building operations with a focus on hard services is essential.
Contractor Management: Demonstrated experience in overseeing various contractors and specialists, ensuring high standards of quality and value throughout the process.
Project Management: Involvement in onsite projects, including capital expenditure and minor works, which entails supervising contractors and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.Customer Relations: Experience in managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
