Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our membership team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with our membership managers to complete space audits and support operational execution
  • Work closely with the facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces
  • Monitor the performance of facilities and IT contractors to ensure targets are met and works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely
  • Support the facilities manager in ensuring health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation
  • In the absence of the facilities manager, take control of emergency situations and evacuation plans
  • Identify areas of improvement in delivery of our services and processes, implementing changes as required
  • Assist the facilities manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and tender processes
  • Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities role, either as a coordinator, assistant, or administrator
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • An understanding of health and safety principles
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A positive can-do attitude and a solutions-focused approach
