Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Parity Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Facilities Management: Assist with the management of our facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Health and Safety: Support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a facilities or operations role.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with health and safety protocols and procedures.
