Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our team at Broadgate as a Compliance Manager. This is a challenging and integral position in the Risk & Compliance function, where you will play a key role in ensuring our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Reporting: You will be responsible for understanding and working with relevant stakeholders to coordinate producing regulatory reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Consumer Duty: You will advise and complete thematic-based reviews and/or audits, ensuring our business meets the required standards.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You will have in-depth knowledge of MCOB regulations and ideally a specialist lender background, with the ability to apply this knowledge to our business operations.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to apply this knowledge to our business operations.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
