We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the business as a generalist, covering monitoring, advisory, and reporting functions.

The role will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will play a key part in the firm's growth, while managing risks from a regulatory compliance perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead thematic reviews for the business and horizon scanning
  • Support with Management Information (MI) reporting across compliance and governance
  • Lead committees as the compliance representative
  • Play a key part in reviewing financial promotions

Requirements:

  • Experience working within lending or financial services
  • Strong flexible working and an opportunity to gain excellent experience with breadth across different areas of compliance

This is a role based in Sheffield, with a strong focus on supporting the business's growth and development.
