The Role: Senior Care Home Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Home Director to lead and inspire our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of the Bupa family, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding, personalized care to our residents, always prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets, regulatory compliance, and business development opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and resident experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven clinical knowledge and expertise, with a relevant management qualification (e.g., LMCS, RMA).
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and influential leadership style.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
