About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents.
  • Manage all aspects of the home, including business development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
  • Ensure the home operates within the regulatory framework and maintains a high level of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
