About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that exceeds expectations.

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. A background in person-centred care planning within a care home is also essential. In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless care delivery
