We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows, Mac OS, client hardware, Draytek routers, and VoIP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows, Mac OS, and client hardware
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and products
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Requirements

  • Technical support and troubleshooting skills, ideally with experience in MSP environments
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Relevant experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows & Mac Operating Systems
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Full driving license and own transport
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
