Belcan is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to be part of our on-site team for a prestigious scientific and pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be the main link between the FM Service Desk, hard services, soft services, and the customer for all ongoing jobs related to asset maintenance and site services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications and ensure their needs and requirements are met.
- Track information, produce daily reports, connect with Technical SME's, and monitor resolution of incidents.
- Act as a point of escalation, post job completion surveys, and chase customer approvals where necessary.
Requirements
- Customer service skills and experience
- Polite telephone manner and a positive attitude towards customer focus and care
- Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
