About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Private Medical Insurance Customer Retention and Service Team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our Direct Health Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Private Medical Insurance products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer retention rates.
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
