Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, live chat, and email, taking ownership of cases and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Case Management: Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using negotiation and influencing skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- IT Proficiency: Utilize MS packages and other software to manage customer interactions and data.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Decision-Making: Make informed decisions and take ownership of cases, using initiative and autonomy to drive results.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £13.14 per hour.
- Temporary Position: Initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension.
- Remote Work: Mostly remote, with some travel to our Eastleigh offices.
- Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
