Customer Service Representative - Health Insurance Team

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Insurance team at our Eastleigh offices. This is a temporary position to start ASAP for an initial 3-month period, paying £13.14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding service to existing customers via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Take ownership of cases, maximising full potential and ensuring each customer's individual needs are met.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, including influencing, rapport building, negotiation, and empathy.
  • Negotiate and influence cases in difficult, challenging circumstances.
  • Be empathetic towards customers and explain things in a clear and understandable way.
  • Be IT proficient, including MS packages.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Empathy and ability to explain things clearly.
  • IT proficiency.
