Customer Service Representative - Health Insurance Team

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Insurance team in Eastleigh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing support and guidance on their health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, live chat, and email
  • Take ownership of cases, maximising full potential and ensuring each customer's individual needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our health insurance products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, including influencing, rapport building, negotiation, and empathy
  • Negotiation/influencing skills and a tenacity to pursue cases in difficult, challenging circumstances
  • Ability to be empathetic towards customers
  • IT proficient, including MS packages
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Decision-making skills and able to work on own initiative
