Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized assistance to children with ASD in various settings, including their homes and community environments.
  • Design and implement engaging educational activities and sensory experiences.
  • Effectively address and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Adapt learning materials to cater to the unique requirements of each child, focusing on subjects such as Mathematics, English, or through interactive play.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) role.
  • Capability to create and execute stimulating educational sessions.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when engaging with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Track and assess progress, providing constructive feedback to support children in reaching their educational objectives.
