Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for skilled professionals who specialize in delivering educational support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We offer a range of positions, both full-time and part-time, for individuals with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or substantial experience working with SEN students.

Our goal at Teaching Personnel is to empower students who encounter learning challenges by providing customized educational experiences in their own environments. We support a diverse range of needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and Specific Learning Difficulties.

Position Overview:

  • Deliver tailored educational support to SEN students, concentrating on core subjects such as English and Maths, in their residences or care settings.
  • Evaluate students' academic levels and design individualized learning plans to facilitate their educational success.
  • Foster strong connections with students to implement effective learning methodologies.
  • Track and document student progress through our online platform, LEAP.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess QTS or relevant experience in supporting SEN students.
  • Exhibit the capability to develop personalized learning strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accurately tracking and documenting student progress.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with students and their families.
