**Job Title:** Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

**Job Type:** Full-time, One-year contract

**Location:** Hackney

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Psychology graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will work with children who require additional support, particularly those with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-on-one support to SEN children
  • Work with children presenting with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Psychology graduate with a strong understanding of child development and special educational needs
  • Experience working with vulnerable children, particularly those with Autism and Speech & Language difficulties
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with parents and carers
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
