About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with ASD, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement tailored programs to meet the unique needs of each pupil, utilizing the school's extensive resources and equipment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere, fostering a love of learning in all pupils.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
