Realise Education are recruiting SEN TAs to work in a mainstream school located in East London. The school is looking for friendly dedicated SEN TA who can support and inspire students in a diverse and vibrant educational setting.

**SEN TA - East London - Realise Education**

**MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW**:

- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students with their academic progress.
- Assisting with delivery of lessons
- Monitoring and tracking student progress
- Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management

**SEN TA - East London - Realise Education**

As a SEN TA, you will play a key role in ensuring that pupils receive the best possible learning experience. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
- A positive and flexible attitude
- A desire to learn and develop their skills.
- Experience working with children, young people, or SEN (Desired)

- East - Full time - Perm
- September start
- Salary depending on experience
- Training opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £80.00-£130.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hackney, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
