About the Role:
GSL Education - London is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at one of our special schools in Hackney. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions.
- Help with the development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support to students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
