Job Title: Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our team of Senior staff and Support Workers in delivering effective, person-centred support services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Senior staff and Support Workers to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Manage up to five supported tenancies within the Swinton area.
  • Work collaboratively with a large management team in a nice office setting based in the heart of Swinton.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of person-centred support services.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
