Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our facilities management organization, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance of a university's portfolio of buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Log and manage maintenance calls and jobs on our control hub database, utilizing service software (IFS).
  • Allocate works orders to our directly employed maintenance team and/or supply chain.
  • Track job progress against predetermined KPIs, including maximum allowable response and rectification times, and implement escalation procedures.
  • Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion, producing detailed reports.
  • Upload and amend asset information as held in the control hub database.

Requirements:

  • PPM experience in a similar role.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating engineer workloads.
