Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our facilities management organization, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance of a university's portfolio of buildings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Log and manage maintenance calls and jobs on our control hub database, utilizing service software (IFS).
- Allocate works orders to our directly employed maintenance team and/or supply chain.
- Track job progress against predetermined KPIs, including maximum allowable response and rectification times, and implement escalation procedures.
- Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion, producing detailed reports.
- Upload and amend asset information as held in the control hub database.
Requirements:
- PPM experience in a similar role.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating engineer workloads.
