My client are an International Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Leeds on a 6 Month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within Facilities or Health & Safety.

As a Facilities Coordinator your duties will include:

  • Assist with Health & Safety related queries
  • Complete all Facilities related documentation
  • Assist with office moves and refurbishments
  • Schedule office services inspections
  • Maintain lists of office equipment
  • Order office supplies when necessary

As a Facilities Coordinator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working in Facilities or Health & Safety
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
