About the Role

At Thyme Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships and Event Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role will focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships and executing high-profile events that drive brand awareness and engagement within the start-up community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative event formats that enhance brand presence, as well as developing and managing event budgets to achieve a high return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative event formats that effectively enhance brand presence within the start-up community.
  • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of events, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate expense tracking and achieving a high return on investment.
  • Cultivate and maintain a community of event attendees and manage the guest list.
  • Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to address any challenges that may arise during event execution.
  • Select relevant events for sponsorship that maximize return on investment.
  • Build and nurture a strong network within the start-up community.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative event formats that enhance brand presence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in event planning, with a strong understanding of event logistics and budget management.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
