Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships & Events Manager to join our team at Miss Jones Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnerships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing our events calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnerships Management:
- Manage and lead the Partnerships and Events team, providing clear direction and support to achieve team and individual KPIs.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire new partners, grow existing relationships, and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new partners to expand the Miss Jones Directory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and renewal.
- Achieve KPI targets by developing innovative strategies for sales and partner engagement, monitoring performance, and providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Event Management:
- Help project manage major events, including the Winter and Spring Fairs and the Miss Jones Awards, in collaboration with the CEO and Partnerships and Events team.
- Develop event strategies to drive sales, sponsorship, and engagement, ensuring successful execution and positive ROI.
- Oversee the events team in managing weekly events, ensuring all logistical details are managed, from venue selection to marketing and post-event follow-up.
- Attend weekly evening member events.
- Drive sponsorship sales for all major events, developing compelling sponsorship packages, and managing relationships with sponsors.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all events, ensuring cost-effective planning and delivery.
- General Sales and Growth:
- Contribute to overall sales targets for Miss Jones by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across different channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that support sales growth and partner engagement.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships and events, adjusting strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
- Support the CEO with international expansion projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for new partnerships.
- Hitting sponsorship revenue targets for key events (Winter and Spring Fairs, Miss Jones Awards).
- Successful execution of events within budget and timeline.
- Growth in partner engagement and satisfaction scores.
- Increase in the number of events and overall attendee numbers.
- Overall membership and contact growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in partnerships, sales, and event management roles (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships and sponsorships.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing large-scale events and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
- Worked in a similar role with strong relationships in the London hospitality scene.
- Strong knowledge of G-suite/Microsoft Applications/Canva.
- Bonus if you have used CRM systems and WordPress.
