Job Overview

The ServiceNow Partner Design Studio is on the lookout for a Solution Architect to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with ServiceNow partners to develop cutting-edge solutions. Below are the primary responsibilities associated with this position:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice, serving as a reliable consultant to partners. Your experience from successful ServiceNow initiatives will empower partners to make strategic decisions that yield positive business results.
  2. Complex Solution Development: Lead stakeholders in crafting partner-branded solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that partners can achieve their desired outcomes by applying industry best practices and standards.
  3. Strategic Engagement: Engage in high-level discussions focused on industry trends, market positioning, and opportunities for growth. This will enable partners to implement ServiceNow effectively as a viable solution.
What You Will Do
  1. Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Work closely with key market partners, acting as their technical and design advisor. Understanding their business needs and specialties will be essential.
  2. Lead Technology Discussions: Facilitate conversations with partners regarding the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and its technologies. Advocate for these solutions.
  3. Assist in Business Planning: Partner with clients to formulate business strategies, define objectives, and establish measurable outcomes.
  4. Conduct Design Workshops: Help partners identify market demands and document user personas. Collaborate with diverse teams to launch offerings successfully.
  5. Assess Partner Capabilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of partners' solutions, target markets, and collaborative goals.
  6. Define Solutions: Aid in outlining offerings and project scopes. Identify the necessary skills for successful project execution.
  7. Promote Collaborative Solutions: Build relationships and communicate effectively with the ServiceNow field to advocate for partner solutions.
Qualifications for Success

To excel in the Solution Architect role within the ServiceNow Partner Design Studio, candidates should possess:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 8 years in technical sales, pre-sales, or a related field.
  2. Technology Partner Engagement: Significant experience collaborating with technology partners, either at a partner or OEM level.
  3. Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
  4. Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of sectors such as Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is advantageous.
  5. Innovative Mindset: A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring current and emerging technologies to create innovative solutions.
  6. Effective Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex topics clearly and succinctly, providing practical guidance and presenting at high levels.
  7. C-Level Engagement: Experience working in large enterprises and government settings, interacting with CxO-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Business Development Acumen: Proven experience in business development will distinguish you. Understanding market dynamics and growth strategies is beneficial.
  2. Competitive Solutions Development: Experience in developing solutions on competitive platforms demonstrates adaptability and versatility.
  3. ServiceNow Development Experience: Direct involvement with ServiceNow platform development is a significant asset.
  4. ServiceNow Certifications: Relevant certifications validate your expertise and knowledge.
  5. Design Thinking Skills: Training or certifications in Design Thinking illustrate your ability to approach challenges creatively and empathetically.
  6. Communication Proficiency: Your ability to present architectural concepts and designs to technology leaders and partners is essential.
