Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for employee inquiries via our knowledge management system
- Triage and escalate complex issues to experienced representatives
- Produce and dispatch employee correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee self-service system changes
- Support employee lifecycle events, including onboarding and offboarding
