Es Integrated is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure improvement plans, conducting facility inspections, and overseeing the completion of complex repair and replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Infrastructure Improvement Plans: Create and execute comprehensive plans to improve and maintain our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct Facility Inspections: Regularly inspect our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Complex Repair and Replacement Projects: Manage the completion of complex repair and replacement projects, including coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Supervise Skilled Trades and Maintenance Workers: Lead and mentor a team of skilled trades and maintenance workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Review and Approve Subcontractor Proposals: Evaluate and approve proposals from subcontractors, ensuring they meet our standards for quality and safety.
  • Oversee Quality of Services and Products: Monitor and ensure the quality of services and products provided by our team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Manager, preferably in a similar industry or with a comparable size and complexity of facilities.
  • Experience with CMMS: Have experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage and track maintenance activities.
  • Government Clearance: Be able to secure a government clearance in a timely manner, with a clean background history.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Possess proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High Level of Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in client interaction, with excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Possess expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or other building systems, and certification in one of the skilled trades is a plus.

Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or Higher: Possess a high school diploma or higher.

Hours of Work:

  • Typical Hours: Typically work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise required by a job or project.

Supervisory Responsibility:
