Position Overview:
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes and infrastructure.

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week across three rotating shifts: Days (6 AM - 2 PM), Nights (10 PM - 6 AM), and Afternoons (2 PM - 10 PM).

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2. Review maintenance job sheets and propose enhancements to the maintenance strategy.
3. Provide mechanical and electrical support for all site operations.
4. Conduct maintenance, repairs, installation, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
5. Perform maintenance, repairs, installation, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
6. Oversee building and site maintenance, integrating both mechanical and electrical tasks.
7. Actively contribute to the enhancement of planned maintenance protocols.
8. Offer guidance and oversight for contractors engaged in work on-site.
9. Manage the procurement and specification of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
10. Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to independently resolve issues.
11. Uphold and promote adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
12. Exhibit flexibility in working arrangements, including shift work and weekend support for production needs.
13. Foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications:
A minimum of an ONC or equivalent qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline is required.
