Responsibilities:

  • Perform a diverse range of scheduled and responsive maintenance tasks, including general building upkeep, carpentry, tiling, painting, paving, external maintenance, drainage, and plumbing.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance in accordance with established schedules.
  • Provide general facilities support, which may involve assembling and relocating furniture, site clearance, and maintaining cleanliness in various areas.
  • Work independently or collaboratively to accomplish repair and maintenance objectives.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections on work-related vehicles as per company policies to ensure operational safety.
  • Engage effectively with building occupants to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader or Operational Maintenance Manager, including tasks typically handled by junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
