Job Title: Multinational Captive Client Servicing Manager

As a key member of our dynamic Multinational reinsurance team at AIG, you will have the opportunity to elevate your career with a global industry leader. Our team specializes in crafting tailored multinational insurance solutions for our worldwide clientele, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join us in this exciting endeavor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reinsurance requirements for Multinational gross line captive accounts, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Collaborate with Producing Offices to structure custom programs for global clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure accurate information flow, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to business growth and operational efficiency initiatives, helping to drive AIG's success.
  • Review reinsurance programs and ensure proper setup, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Resolve account queries and manage premium administration, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders according to agreed terms, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor accounts to deliver custom service solutions, meeting the unique needs of our clients.
  • Prepare and respond to captive audits, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reinsurance and client engagement, with a proven track record of success.
  • Understanding of Controlled Master Program lifecycle, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Client-focused with strong communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with ease.
  • Excellent time management and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
