About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Multinational Client Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and technical support to our multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-bind activities, including monitoring program implementation, tracking performance, and communicating with brokers and clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and serve as an escalation point for multinational program design, territorial information, and problem-solving.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process to deliver elevated service performance and contract certainty.
  • Assist with drafting and collecting facultative reinsurance documentation, ensuring adherence to AIG protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on operational processes and information requirements for reinsurance placements on multinational programs.
Requirements
  • Commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing (broker or company background).
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures, with experience in the multinational environment and processes.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations.
  • Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements.
  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills and ability to work on own initiative/organized with good time management skills.
