About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Multinational Client Executive to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our global insurance solutions team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multinational programs, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that meet their complex risk management needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Proactively manage and oversee multinational service activities, coordinating communication and project management across all internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide direction and guidance to stakeholders to ensure appropriate design and effective delivery and service of assigned multinational programs.
  • Global Fronting Authority: Manage global fronting authority and support all major multinational lines of business.
  • Business Development: Drive the profitable growth of the multinational global fronting portfolio by working with product and distribution to identify target opportunities and articulate AIG's value proposition in the market.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program performance and ensuring timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including captive and reinsurance structures, with experience of the multinational environment and processes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen with strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and clearly articulate ideas and influence outcomes.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities, delegate effectively and meet tight deadlines / SLAs.
