Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Course Manager at Strode College. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver curriculum content that meets the needs of our students and aligns with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of teaching staff to ensure excellent student outcomes and high-quality teaching practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures that support student success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching and learning strategies that enhance student engagement and motivation.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to support student success.
Requirements

  • A teaching qualification and relevant industry experience.
