About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children in our care. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to provide personalized care, guidance, and therapeutic interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality residential care, ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional support of children in our homes.
  • Implement individualized care plans, promoting positive behavior and personal growth.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities and engage children in meaningful experiences that foster their development.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children in a residential setting.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
