About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a LD and Autism Transformation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us to transform the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice and professional expertise to health professionals and social workers.
  • Demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations and work with and support colleagues to mitigate high levels of risk.
  • Make independent decisions and work across services (health, social care, education) to ensure agencies respond/react when required.
  • Troubleshoot to ensure barriers are removed and issues resolved.
