About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
