We are seeking a skilled Customer Insight Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights into end-to-end customer journeys, gathering and analysing data from surveys and complaints, and conducting research to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement customer journey maps to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insight and analytics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer insight and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Matillion experience desirable
