Job Title: Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist

About the Role:

Viqu Limited, a leading global e-commerce business, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist to join their team during an exciting period of transformation and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder management and requirement gathering to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.
  • Create comprehensive training manuals and deliver engaging training sessions to users, focusing on the organization's Content Management System (CMS), Search & Merchandising products, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing training needs and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Identify gaps in global training content and localize it as necessary to cater to diverse user needs.
  • Participate in large-scale rollouts of new technologies, supporting the company's modernization program and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate their solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and PIM systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create engaging training content and deliver training sessions to diverse user groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and integrating their solutions into existing systems.
