About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Redbridge Floating Support Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide flexible support to clients, empowering them to maintain their independence and sustain their accommodation.

Our service operates across all housing tenures within the Redbridge borough, supporting individuals with diverse needs and challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients to devise and deliver action plans, addressing issues such as substance misuse, mental and physical health, and risk of homelessness.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and the ability to undertake comprehensive risk assessments. You must also be able to work within a strengths and recovery-based model, engaging and motivating clients to achieve their goals.
